Responsibilities:
•Manage Quality department and assist site for QC process and issues.
• Train new QC inspectors for supplier visits, machining, assembly, and incoming inspection
• Write procedures for Inspection and testing plans for approval of materials (glass, sealant, steel metals and aluminum extrusions.)

• Manage Air and water testing for CW unit, windows and doors. • Handle all tools calibration for ISO (in house and 3rd party) • Developed and manage ISO9001:2015 certification for Factory. • Handle UL solutions certification of window and door automation parts

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project requirements between factory site and design
• Visit all Vendor local and International to assist with Design and their production.
• Assist Design and Fabrication works for Curtain Wall
• Oversee Production Assembly line from parts to assembled product up to the final releasing of products to different project sites.
• Supervise and trained a group of Quality Control Inspectors.
